Internationally acclaimed Ristorante Fellini serves the finest of modern Italian cuisine drawing on influences from varying Italian regions but particularly Neapolitan and Tuscan dishes. From the upper level of the Marina Mirage Ristorante Fellini provides magnificient views across the marina and Broadwater.
Ristorante Fellini has a split level dining area giving all diners views over the marina. The restaurant has marble tiles and linen draped tables contributing to an elegant decor. The menu is classical Italian fare with modern techniques and ingredients. There is a good selection to choose from including the timballo di granchi entree, cooked spanner crab meat in a delicate orange infused mayonnaise, layered between avocado and tomato with a segmented orange and lime salad. There are also additions to the menu based on the time of the year and available ingredients. There is also the choice of a seafood, meat or mixed degustation menu available per table.
As well as a mix of cocktails and local beers there are seven Italian beers to choose from. There is a selection of wine by the glass and half bottles to choose. The rest of the wine list is extensive with many vintages for some classic wines from Australia, New zealand and France; and of course an extensive list of italian wines to match. And if you like grappa then there is a choice of almost 30 grappas to sample.
