Moo Moo The Wine Bar and Grill
The restaurant has an open kitchen and split level layout providing a stylish decor and with a changing lighting system helps create a unique atmosphere. Moo Moo serves progressive Australian cuisine with the obvious focus on the best quality steaks on the Gold Coast.
The steak menu includes the beefs breed, age, size and diet. The Wagyu Rump is hand cut to cater for customers desired size and together with the introduction of Master Kobe Beef on the menu it would be hard to find a better steak. The Kobe Beef is succulent and finely marbled and exclusive to Moo Moo. The signature dish for Moo Moo is a one kilo spice rubbed Wagyu Rump roast. Oven roasted and carved at the table it is served with rocket and parmesan salad, duckfat sauteed kipfler potatoes and a trio of the chefs sauces.Moo Moo also serves fresh oysters, fish, lamb, chicken, duck and kangaroo.
The Bar faces out to the street and park and provides a great meeting place to start or finish off an evening. Moo Moo has an extensive wine list that has been recognised in 2006 & 2007 as Best Wine List for Restaurant Casual over 100 seats. Not only the best of Australian wines can be found on the list but wines from New Zealand, Spain, France, Italy and Germany can be ordered. Moo Moo has a reserve cellar with 60 vintage wines from 1970 through to 10 vintages of the Penfolds Grange. With this sort of choice there is bound to be a wine for everyone.
Moo Moo is open seven days per week from 12 noon for lunch and 6pm for dinner. They are fully licensed and can accommodate up to 140 diners. Smart casual dress is required. All major credit cards are accepted
