E Star Karaoke
Gold Coast
At a glance
E-Star Karaoke is a private-room singing venue on Davison Lane in Southport, offering food, drinks and a choice of karaoke rooms for different group sizes. The venue suits friends, families, parties and social groups looking for an indoor activity built around music, shared singing and relaxed entertainment. For Gold Coast visitors, it provides a dedicated setting where a casual meal and drinks can be combined with a karaoke session.
The rooms range from small and medium spaces through to larger rooms and a VIP option. The VIP room accommodates up to 30 guests and includes a 65-inch television, decorative interiors and space for group celebrations. The venue’s design includes under-the-sea themes and gold-trimmed details, giving the rooms a playful, theatrical character rather than a standard dining-room feel.
Karaoke is supported by upgraded sound systems and lighting designed to add atmosphere to each performance. The song library covers a broad selection of music, while requests can be raised with the venue when a preferred track is not immediately available. YouTube content is not used at the venue, so song availability depends on the licensed library and the songs that can be sourced by the team.
Food and drinks form part of the overall experience, with the venue presenting itself as a place for good food, drinks and karaoke rather than singing alone. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits are available during sessions, while chilled, still and sparkling water can be delivered to the room. Recycled paper products and other eco-conscious amenities are also part of the venue’s approach.
The atmosphere is designed around self-expression and group enjoyment, with private rooms allowing guests to sing away from the main public space. The format works for casual catch-ups, birthdays, social gatherings and groups wanting a more active alternative to a conventional meal. Room selection makes it possible to choose a more intimate session or a larger party-style booking, depending on the occasion.
Guests should note that thongs are not permitted. E-Star Karaoke is an indoor venue, and bookings provide the most suitable way to organise room size, group numbers and song preferences before arrival.
