Beachfront Functions & Events

Beachfront Functions & Events is an event venue on Old Burleigh Road in Broadbeach, offering function spaces within a surf club setting on the Gold Coast. Its location beside Kurrawa Beach gives gatherings a coastal backdrop, while several room formats allow events to be matched with different group sizes and purposes.

The main function space is the beachfront room on level two, positioned on the rooftop of the club. The room has a modern, private layout with floor-to-ceiling glass, natural light and views across the beach. Built-in audiovisual equipment supports corporate presentations and meetings. A large private balcony provides an outdoor breakout area and can also be used for breaks during an event. The room can be divided into two sections, giving organisers flexibility when planning separate areas or smaller functions.

The beachfront room is suited to weddings, celebrations, corporate events and other private functions. It accommodates up to 120 guests in a standing arrangement or up to 80 guests seated. The dedicated Functions & Events Team works with organisers on the event format, while the culinary team provides catering for different occasions.

For larger corporate gatherings, the main floor offers a beachfront breakfast setting. This area is available for breakfast events and can host between 100 and 400 guests. A buffet breakfast is served while guests look across Kurrawa Beach, making the space suited to large-scale business breakfasts and presentations that benefit from a relaxed seaside setting.

Event planning is supported through separate corporate, wedding and general event packages, with the venue able to handle both smaller private occasions and larger organised gatherings. The combination of private indoor space, beach-facing glass, balcony access, audiovisual facilities and a large breakfast area makes the venue suitable for structured business events as well as social celebrations.
