Retreat Massage & Wellness

Retreat Massage & Wellness is a wellness centre at Brickworks Centre in Southport, offering massage, acupuncture, facials and other treatments in a setting that combines the feel of a day spa with a focus on health and recovery. The centre is designed for people seeking relaxation, support with physical discomfort, or a more structured approach to body care on the Gold Coast.

Massage is the central offering, with treatments ranging from relaxation, aromatherapy and reflexology to deep tissue, sports massage, myotherapy and remedial massage. The range allows appointments to focus on easing everyday tension, supporting recovery from injury or chronic pain, or simply creating time for rest. Pregnancy massage is also available and is performed by qualified, experienced remedial massage therapists.

Couples massage provides an option for shared pampering, while add-ons such as hot stone massage, head massage and ear candling can complement selected treatments. Acupuncture forms part of the broader wellness menu, giving the centre a treatment choice beyond massage-based care.

Facial treatments bring skincare into the same relaxing environment. The facial menu combines skin nourishment with a slower, mindful experience, using products from Organic Spa Australia and BABOR. The focus is on hydration, radiance and general skin health, with the treatment intended to refresh both the complexion and the overall sense of wellbeing.

The atmosphere is calm and restorative rather than clinical, although the centre takes physical health seriously. Retreat Massage & Wellness presents massage, acupuncture and related services as part of a balanced approach to body, mind and everyday wellbeing. A complimentary tea or coffee is offered after treatments, giving clients time to settle before returning to the day.

The centre also extends its wellness offering through an in-store range of essential oils, bath soaks, body scrubs, body sprays, massage oils, diffusers, loose-leaf tea and tea accessories. Gift options include essential oil starters, gift vouchers and tea gift packs. These products allow the relaxing character of the centre to continue beyond an appointment without changing its main focus on hands-on treatments and personal care.

Retreat Massage & Wellness suits individuals looking for relaxation or remedial support, couples seeking a shared treatment, and clients interested in combining massage with facial care, acupuncture or wellness products. Its Southport location at Shop 9.03, 11 Brolga Ave, Brickworks Centre, 107 Ferry Rd, provides a central setting for appointments across the area.
