Enjoy a guided tour through Australia’s only working farm distillery, covering gin and rum production across multiple active areas. The daily tour starts with a welcome drink, followed by a tasting of the iconic Ink Gin range and a detailed botanical exploration.
Step outdoors to learn about the region’s geology and how the land influences the distillery’s spirits. Then, see the farm-to-bottle process including the onsite sugar mill, fermentation tanks, and Australia’s only Forsyth still in operation.
The tour concludes with a visit to the bottling hall and a Husk Rum flight tasting in the barrel house.
