For Sydney International Airport, meet your driver outside the arrivals terminal at Bay 12, opposite the Rydges Airport Hotel. The driver will assist with luggage as you board the shared vehicle featuring ample legroom and luggage storage. Do not wait inside the terminal—proceed directly to the designated meeting point upon exiting.

For Sydney Domestic Airport, the meeting point is located midway between Terminals 2 and 3 along the curved road section. Buses pick up from bays 4 to 7, nearest the terminal buildings.

Passengers should call the 'Sydney Super Shuttle' at least 24 hours before departure to confirm pickup time. Note that pick-up times provided are estimates.

This service offers comfortable travel to accommodations in Sydney CBD. Passengers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Shared shuttles do not provide child seats for children aged 0 to 7, and children cannot sit on laps. Child seats may be available only for private transfers using 8-seat vehicles and could incur an additional fee.
