- The activity is not suitable for pregnant women, or those with back injuries, or heart or medical conditions
- Participants are required to sign a waiver
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- If a departure time is changed or rescheduled due to guest numbers or maintenance requirements, travellers can choose a full refund for the affected booking
- The maximum combined weight for tandem or triple flights is 200 kg. If your combined weight exceeds this limit, we will have to split up your flights. This will come at an additional cost
