Description
Each lesson begins with a safety briefing, land-based warm-up, and technique introduction before entering the water for hands-on coaching. Instructors guide you through paddling, positioning, wave selection, and riding techniques tailored to your experience level. Personalized feedback helps you develop correct technique and essential surf knowledge.
The learner-focused approach ensures steady progress at a comfortable pace, whether you are stepping on a surfboard for the first time or returning after a break. Lessons follow Surfing Australia methodology and are delivered by experienced, accredited coaches.
